Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your reasons or pay any penalty.

To exercise this right, simply notify us of your decision by email at contact@chateau-montvenerat.com before this period expires.

2. Return conditions

Bottles must be returned to us unopened, in their original packaging and in perfect condition, within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in case of an error on our part or a defective product.

3. Order not fulfilled (out of stock)

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to an out-of-stock item, it is not completed: no charge is made and no refund action is needed on your part. We will contact you again as soon as the cuvée in question is back in stock.

4. Damaged product or shipping error

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the bottles received. We will then arrange, at our expense, a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

5. Refund method

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the order, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return or proof of its shipment.
