Organic grapes
Every bottle starts with Provence grapes grown under organic farming, without herbicides or synthetic pesticides. Nothing unnecessary is added.
Zero added sugar
Our cuvées are vinified dry then dealcoholized without ever compensating with sugar: the taste comes from the grape, not a fix.
Total transparency
Ingredients, dealcoholization method, sulfite levels, exact legal name (sparkling or still depending on the cuvée): everything is listed on each product page, no fine print hidden away.

The Estate
Exacting viticulture, master-crafted dealcoholization
Nestled in the hills of Provence, our vineyards are grown under organic farming. Each cuvée is first harvested, vinified and aged like a great wine, then dealcoholized by cold vacuum distillation, a gentle method that preserves the aromas usually lost in this process. For the rosé and the white, a light carbonation is finally added, bringing back the liveliness that alcohol once carried; the red stays a still wine.
The result: dealcoholized wines at 0.0% alcohol, with no added sugar, designed for the table as much as for the aperitif.
