Alcohol-free wine, not without conscience
Ecological awareness is at the heart of the Mont-Vénérat project. We believe alcohol-free wine only makes sense if it's produced with respect for living things, from vine to glass.
Organic farming
Our vines are grown under certified organic farming: no herbicides or synthetic pesticides, cover crops between the rows, and living soils that nourish the vine rather than constrain it.
Biodiversity
We place bees and native wildlife at the heart of our ecosystem. Hedgerows, flower strips and uncultivated areas provide a refuge for the birds, bats and pollinating insects that bring the estate to life.
Alcohol-free, without compromise
Removing the alcohol shouldn't take anything away from the wine. We use cold vacuum distillation, a gentle method that preserves the aromas, rather than aggressive processes that distort the nose and palate. For the rosé and the white, the bubble that follows comes from reclaimed food-grade CO2, not extracted just for the occasion; our red stays still. No sugar is added to compensate.

We regularly exchange practices with neighboring estates who share our values, to advance together a viticulture that's more respectful of living things across our hillsides.
