Our house
A Mediterranean wine, alcohol-free without compromise
Château Mont-Vénérat crafts its cuvées like great Provence wines, then dealcoholizes them with the same rigor as a classic aging process. Rosé and white are then delicately carbonated; the red stays still. A wine of terroir, between garrigue and sea, that gives up nothing.

Our history and our vision
Rethinking Provence wine, without the alcohol
The estate was established in the hills of Provence at the turn of the 20th century, first devoted to traditional viticulture. In 2021, convinced that an alcohol-free wine deserved the same rigor as a great cru, we rethought the estate's entire technical process from end to end, from vine management to a dealcoholization carried out with the rigor of a classic aging process, followed by light carbonation for the rosé and the white.
This conversion was completed with organic certification in 2023, and the release of our first three dealcoholized cuvées the following year.

A Mediterranean climate, three soil types
Provence's maritime climate shields our organic vines from weather extremes and offers ideal ripening conditions, across three distinct soil types that shape the character of each cuvée.
We combine organic viticulture, agroecology and sustainable practices to regenerate the estate's ecosystem and support local species: birds, bats and bees.

Our know-how
Classic aging, master-crafted dealcoholization
Each plot is harvested and vinified separately to preserve the expression of its grape variety and micro-terroir. Once blending and aging are complete, our cuvées are dealcoholized by cold vacuum distillation, below 30°C, a gentle method that preserves the aromas usually distorted by conventional processes.
Nothing is added to compensate: no sugar, no flavoring, no residual alcohol. For the rosé and the white, a light carbonation is finally added at the very end of the process, giving the wine back the bubble and liveliness that alcohol once carried with it: the step that makes them, in the strict sense of French law, sparkling dealcoholized wines. The red, meanwhile, stays a still wine and is never carbonated: its legal name is simply dealcoholized wine.
