1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of chateau-montvenerat.com, operated by Château Mont-Vénérat, and the sale of its dealcoholized wine cuvées (ABV ≤ 0.5% vol., in accordance with EU regulation 2021/2117): sparkling dealcoholized wines (Rosé de Provence, Blanc de Blancs) and still dealcoholized wine (Pinot Noir).
2. Orders
Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms. An order is only considered final once payment is validated. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering (out of stock), the order is not completed and no charge is made; you are notified immediately.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. Shipping is a flat 3 € fee, shown before the order is confirmed, except from 6 bottles of purchase (or the Discovery Box), where shipping is free. Payment is made by credit card at the time of order.
4. Shipping
We currently ship exclusively within Germany, to a DHL Packstation or to your home depending on the option chosen at checkout. Delivery times shown are estimates. Orders are shipped Monday to Wednesday to preserve the freshness of our cuvées.
5. Withdrawal and refunds
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the terms detailed in our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, photographs, logo, layout) is the property of Château Mont-Vénérat and may not be reproduced without prior authorization.
7. Liability
Château Mont-Vénérat makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on the site, but cannot be held liable for errors or omissions beyond its control.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall, failing an amicable resolution, fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
